Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Francisco corporate team with strong healthcare, life sciences and technology sector experience. The role will focus on principal corporate work including M&A, capital markets and technology transactions, with frequent cross-practice collaboration on IP and related litigation matters.

The team is growing and looking for a partner who can originate and lead complex transactions, advise issuers and investors, and support an active emerging-growth/PE client base across US and global markets. There are opportunities to work with sector-focused groups in life sciences, financial services and energy.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Established corporate partner with demonstrable experience in M&A and capital markets (issuer-side experience preferred)
Sector experience in healthcare / life sciences and technology, including technology transactions and IP-related matters
Proven client origination record and experience leading deal teams across jurisdictions
