An established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Austin office, working across a combination of corporate, intellectual property, and antitrust & competition practices.

The role sits within a team serving private equity and venture capital clients, with a strong emphasis on the life sciences and technology sectors. The intellectual property work centers on patent litigation, while the antitrust and competition work is closely tied to private equity transactions and litigation.

The position offers an open compensation system, and the firm maintains a notable Texas presence spanning energy and broader corporate matters.

• Lateral partner with a portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Demonstrated experience across corporate, IP, and/or antitrust and competition matters
• Strong background serving private equity, venture capital, and technology or life sciences clients
• Patent litigation and/or antitrust litigation experience preferred
