An elite international firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Francisco office and help drive the growth of its corporate, intellectual property, antitrust and competition, and energy practices. This is a key strategic hire for a collaborative, cross-disciplinary team serving sophisticated clients across several high-growth industries.

The successful candidate will bring a portable practice and a strong track record across one or more of the following areas: private equity, patent litigation (with a focus on life sciences and technology), antitrust and competition litigation, or energy matters. The role offers an open compensation system and a platform with significant cross-selling opportunities.

Partner-level experience (or equivalent) in corporate, intellectual property, antitrust and competition, or energy law
