This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned attorney with a portable practice to align with a collaborative, cross-disciplinary team serving private equity, life sciences, technology, and energy clients.

The ideal candidate will bring a demonstrated ability to originate and sustain a substantial book of business while advising on complex transactions, high-stakes disputes, and strategic regulatory matters. The role spans corporate/M&A, intellectual property and patent litigation, and antitrust and competition, offering a uniquely broad mandate.

Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
Admission to practice in Washington, D.C. (or eligibility)
Significant partner-level experience in corporate, intellectual property, and/or antitrust & competition law
