Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Energy, Sioux Falls

Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Sioux Falls office and lead a cross-disciplinary practice combining corporate transactions, intellectual property counseling, and energy-related matters. The role will focus on M&A, private equity transactions, life-sciences-related IP and corporate work, and broader transactional and governance matters.

The successful candidate will work with an established team serving regional and national clients, developing business across the firm s corporate and IP platforms and supporting growth in energy and life-sciences engagements.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in M&A, private equity and corporate transactional work, with meaningful IP-related matters
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and cross-selling across practices
• Active bar admission and strong professional reputation
