Partner — Corporate / Intellectual Property Litigation, Los Angeles

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles office to strengthen corporate and intellectual property litigation capabilities. The role emphasizes high-value patent litigation and corporate work, including M&A, corporate governance and emerging-growth company representation.

The firm is looking for an experienced partner with a strong client-development track record who can collaborate across offices and help grow practice lines, including ERISA/C&B and mass torts where relevant. The position offers flexibility around compensation structure and opportunities to work on complex, high-stakes matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions and/or IP litigation (including patent litigation)
• Proven client-development and cross-office collaboration skills
• Admissions and practice eligibility in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
