Seeking a partner to lead and grow a combined Corporate, Intellectual Property and Antitrust practice from the Austin office. The role will focus on high-value matters across M&A, patent litigation (with emphasis on life sciences and technology), and antitrust issues connected to private equity and corporate transactions.

The partner will join an established, multi-disciplinary team and be responsible for originating work, managing client relationships, and supervising associates on complex, cross-practice matters. Candidates should be comfortable working closely with transactional and litigation colleagues to deliver integrated solutions for corporate and technology-sector clients.

Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level track record in M&A, patent litigation and/or antitrust matters
Experience handling life sciences and technology disputes and transactions
Strong client development and origination skills
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
