An established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas office, covering a broad transactional and litigation practice spanning corporate, intellectual property, antitrust and competition, and energy matters.

The role focuses on private equity, life sciences, and technology clients, including patent litigation with a strong life sciences and technology emphasis, as well as antitrust litigation tied to private equity.

The firm's energy practice is supported by a significant Texas presence, and this position offers an open compensation system with the opportunity to build and grow a practice in a dynamic market.

Admission to practice in Texas (or ability to become admitted)
Proven experience in corporate, intellectual property, antitrust and competition, and/or energy matters
Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships
Strong academic credentials and a track record of success in a comparable practice
