Partner — Corporate, IP & Antitrust (Dallas)

Leading national firm is seeking a partner to join a multi-disciplinary corporate practice in the Dallas office. The role will combine corporate transactional work with IP-driven litigation and antitrust matters, supporting clients across private equity, life sciences, technology and energy sectors.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, develop new business, and collaborate with a cross-practice team on patent litigation and competition matters tied to transactions and portfolio companies.

• Significant partner-level experience in corporate transactions, patent litigation and antitrust/competition matters
• Track record advising private equity and technology or life sciences clients
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
