Partner — Corporate, IP & Litigation, Phoenix

Senior partner-level opening for an experienced corporate and intellectual property practitioner to join a full‑service US firm’s Phoenix office. The role prioritizes partners with transactional corporate experience and/or IP and patent litigation capability who can lead client development and collaborate across practice groups.

The team handles M&A, corporate governance, emerging growth matters and contentious IP litigation. The firm is seeking a rainmaker who can help grow the office footprint and work closely with national practice teams.

• Portable book of business of 850k+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in corporate transactions and/or IP/patent litigation
• Proven client development and origination ability; experience working across offices and practice groups
• Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent); strong leadership and mentoring experience
