The role involves originating and managing complex M&A, corporate governance and other high-value transactional matters, with close collaboration across cross-border teams.

Ideal candidates will have an established client base, demonstrable originations, and experience handling both deal work and contentious matters that arise from corporate transactions.

Experience advising on corporate governance and related transactional issues
