Partner, Corporate & Litigation — Chicago

Leading international law firm seeks a senior partner to join its Chicago office to strengthen both corporate transactional and related litigation capabilities. The role involves originating and managing complex M&A, corporate governance and other high-value transactional matters, with close collaboration across cross-border teams.

Ideal candidates will have an established client base, demonstrable originations, and experience handling both deal work and contentious matters that arise from corporate transactions.

• Portable book of business of $6M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of originating and leading M&A and corporate transactional matters
• Experience advising on corporate governance and related transactional issues
• Strong client development and team leadership skills; ability to work across offices and practice groups
