Partner, Corporate & Litigation — Dallas

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a blended corporate and commercial litigation practice from the firm's Dallas office. The role combines transactional M&A and corporate governance work with commercial dispute capabilities, supporting a mix of domestic and cross‑border matters.

The partner will originate and manage client relationships, supervise teams on deals and disputes, and work with colleagues across practices and jurisdictions to deliver integrated solutions. Opportunity includes business development and practice leadership responsibilities.

• Established partner with significant experience in M&A, corporate governance, transactional work and commercial litigation
• Proven track record of originating and developing client relationships and leading deal and dispute teams
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and strong academic and professional credentials
• Portable book of business of $6M+ (USD)
