Partner, Corporate & Litigation — Houston

Seeking a partner to join a global law firm’s Houston office to lead corporate and related commercial litigation work. The role will combine M&A and transactional advisory with strategic governance and dispute-resolution experience for energy, private equity and corporate clients.

The ideal candidate will be a client-facing rainmaker who can build and manage a team, originate new business, and collaborate across cross-border practice groups on complex matters. This is a senior leadership position with substantial responsibility for client development and practice growth.

• Portable book of business of $6M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in M&A, corporate governance and transactional work, with complementary litigation exposure
• Proven track record of client origination and business development
• Ability to lead and mentor teams and collaborate on cross-border matters
• Admission to practice in Texas (or ability to obtain)
