Leading global law firm seeks a partner to build and lead an expanded corporate and commercial litigation practice in Houston. The role emphasizes growth through team hires and substantial transactional matters alongside major commercial disputes.

The ideal candidate will develop client relationships across key sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive, and will help drive business in U.S. and international markets.

• Proven partner-level track record in M&A, corporate governance and transactional work, plus significant commercial litigation experience
• Demonstrated ability to originate and lead large, complex matters and to supervise cross‑border teams
• Preference for candidates able to bring a team or an established book; comfortable with selective partner moves
• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
