Seeking a senior partner to lead and grow an integrated corporate and commercial litigation practice in Houston. The role prioritizes team-builders who can expand transactional capacity alongside handling high-value commercial disputes across multiple sectors.

Work will focus on private equity, venture and M&A work, complex commercial litigation, and sector-focused matters in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive. The group has a significant cross-border footprint and collaborates with markets across the US and Europe.

Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
Proven track record of originating and managing high-value corporate transactions and commercial litigation matters
Demonstrable experience building or leading teams; preference for candidates who can bring a group
Sector experience in one or more: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, automotive
