The position includes responsibility for originating work, supervising associates, and coordinating with offices across key US and international markets.

The team-focused hire should be comfortable integrating into an established platform and contributing to regional and cross-border business development initiatives.

Proven track record handling significant commercial litigation and complex corporate transactions
Demonstrated ability to attract, lead and retain teams of lawyers
Experience advising clients in one or more target sectors: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive
Admission to practice in Texas or eligibility to obtain admission
