Partner — Corporate & Litigation, Los Angeles

This is an ongoing confidential search at partner level. The mandate is reviewed on a rolling basis with the client, and what follows is the current brief.

Seeking a senior partner to lead and grow an integrated Corporate and Litigation practice from the Los Angeles office. The role combines transactional M&A and corporate governance work with commercial litigation matters for a diverse, international client base.

The successful candidate will join a large, cross-border platform and collaborate with teams across practice groups and jurisdictions. This is an opportunity to build a market-facing practice while handling high-value, complex matters.

• Portable book of business of $6M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in M&A, corporate governance and related transactional work
• Proven litigation capability or track record of managing cross-practice matters
• Strong client relationships and demonstrable business development experience
• Admission to the California bar (or eligibility) and ability to practice in the US
