Partner, Corporate & Litigation — Los Angeles

Leading international law firm seeks a senior partner to grow a combined corporate transactions and commercial litigation practice in the Los Angeles office. The role focuses on high-value M&A and complex commercial disputes across regulated industries.

Ideal candidates will build and lead a team, cross-sell between transactional and contentious matters, and originate work across key markets including New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany. Sector experience sought includes life sciences, financial services, technology and energy.

• Established partner with a track record of leading teams in both complex M&A and commercial litigation
