Leading global firm is seeking a partner to strengthen its Los Angeles corporate and commercial litigation capability. The role focuses on high-value transactional work and significant commercial disputes across sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

The team-oriented hire will be part of a cross-border platform that serves key markets including New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany. The team prefers candidates who bring established client relationships and who can contribute to growing transactional volume alongside litigation matters.

Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level track record in corporate transactions and/or commercial litigation (PE, VC, M&A experience advantageous)
Experience leading or integrating with teams; preference for candidates comfortable joining as a team rather than solo moves
Sector experience in one or more of: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, automotive
