Partner — Corporate & M&A, Berlin

Senior lateral partner hire to lead and grow a corporate/M&A practice in the firm's Berlin office. The role focuses on cross-border and domestic transactional work, corporate governance matters and high-value corporate projects.

The team seeks a hands-on partner who will run deals, manage and develop more junior lawyers, and originate new client work. The role offers a clear opportunity to shape the practice and expand client relationships across Germany and internationally.

• Proven track record in M&A and transactional corporate work
• Demonstrable client origination and business development experience
• Experience leading deal teams and mentoring senior associates
• Excellent commercial judgment and communication skills
