Partner — Corporate (M&A & Capital Markets) — Austin

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a commercial corporate practice focused on M&A, private equity transactions and capital markets work. The role will work closely with technology, life sciences and financial-services clients and support cross-practice deal teams including technology transactions and related IP matters.

Ideal candidate will join an established national/international platform and help grow both origination and relationship-led opportunities in the region. The team values collaborative, client-focused partners who can originate new mandates and work across practices.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Proven track record leading M&A and capital markets transactions, including private equity deals and issuer-side work
• Experience advising technology and emerging-growth companies; familiarity with tech transactions and IP-related issues
• Established client relationships and ability to work effectively across multi-disciplinary deal teams
