Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Dallas

Leading national law firm is seeking an experienced partner to lead and grow its corporate practice in the Dallas office. The role focuses on M&A and complex transactional work, with responsibility for originating matters, managing deal teams, and advising on corporate governance and structuring.

The partner will work across practices on strategic transactions and collaborate with national and regional teams to service a mix of public and private clients. The position is suited to a rainmaker who can both execute high‑value deals and develop new business.
