Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Dallas

Senior leader needed to join a national corporate practice in Dallas to drive and expand M&A and transactional work. The role focuses on originating and leading complex corporate transactions, advising boards and management on governance matters, and managing cross‑border or multi‑jurisdictional deals.

The successful candidate will combine a strong track record of client development with hands‑on deal execution and team leadership. You will work with an established platform of corporate practitioners and leverage national resources to grow a regional client base.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner‑level M&A/transactional experience, including leading buy‑ and sell‑side deals
• Demonstrated client origination and relationship management skills
• Experience advising on corporate governance and serving as a trusted board/management advisor
