The team advises on complex buy- and sell-side deals and other strategic corporate matters. The office offers strong support and collaboration across national transactional teams while providing a high-profile platform for rainmakers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record leading M&A and transactional matters and originating new client work
• Established client relationships and demonstrable ability to generate significant fee revenue
• Admission to practice in Colorado or ability to transfer; strong commercial judgment and excellent communication skills
