Partner — Corporate (M&A & Emerging Growth) — Philadelphia

Senior corporate partner role in the Philadelphia office of a national law firm, focused on leading M&A and emerging-growth transactions. The role will combine client origination, deal execution and practice development across corporate and growth-company matters.

Successful candidates will join an established corporate team, lead cross-office transactions, mentor associates and build long-term client relationships. The position offers a clear path to equity partnership over time.

• Portable book of business of $3-4M (USD)
• Proven track record in M&A and emerging-growth transactions and client origination
• Significant partner-level deal experience and demonstrated leadership of deal teams
• Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent) required
