Partner, Corporate (M&A & Emerging Growth) — Santa Monica

Senior corporate partner role joining a busy corporate practice in Santa Monica (Los Angeles). The position focuses on M&A and emerging-growth company work across private company transactions and growth-stage matters.

The team advises founders, growth companies and strategic acquirers on the full deal lifecycle. The role offers client-facing leadership, origination responsibility and collaboration with a national corporate platform.

This is a partner-track lateral role with an expectation of building and leading client relationships; the hiring firm does not expect immediate equity admission but offers a clear path toward equity partnership.
