Partner, Corporate (M&A & Governance) — Doha

Senior corporate partner role based in the Doha office, leading M&A and corporate governance work for regional and international clients. The position will focus on originating and executing cross-border transactions and advising boards on governance and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will join an established corporate team, mentor senior associates, and work closely with market-facing partners to grow the practice in Qatar and the wider region. Proven commercial judgment and a strong network of client relationships in the Middle East are essential.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record leading cross-border M&A and corporate governance matters
• Established client relationships and origination capability in Qatar / the Gulf
• Experience managing teams and mentoring senior associates; strong commercial and business-development skills
• Admission to practise in a relevant jurisdiction or equivalent professional qualification
