Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Paris

Experienced corporate partner sought to lead and grow an established M&A practice in Paris. The role will involve leading complex domestic and cross-border transactions, building client relationships, and developing a team of lawyers.

The office offers a platform within a well-regarded international firm with strong European and cross-border deal flow. The successful candidate will have visibility on strategic matters and the opportunity to expand the practice in France.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions in France and cross-border matters.
• Proven track record of business development and client relationship management.
• Fluent in French and English; admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
• Portable book of business of 1.2M€+ (EUR)
