Partner — Corporate (M&A), Paris

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a corporate / M&A practice from the Paris office. The role will focus on leading complex domestic and cross‑border transactions, advising strategic and private equity clients, and overseeing deal execution end‑to‑end.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for client development, mentoring and building a small team locally, and working closely with international colleagues on cross‑jurisdictional matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner‑level experience in corporate/M&A and transactional work
• Strong track record of originating and winning client mandates
• Admitted to practice in France (or equivalent) and fluent in French and English
