Partner, Corporate M&A — Paris

Leading international law firm is seeking a Partner to join its Corporate M&A team in Paris. The role will focus on advising corporate clients on cross-border and domestic M&A transactions across a range of sectors.

The team combines local market knowledge with international capability; the successful candidate will help grow and lead complex mandates while working closely with colleagues across offices.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level M&A practice with demonstrable leadership on transactions
• Ability to originate and manage cross-border deals and mentor senior associates
• Admission to practice in France or equivalent EU qualification preferred
