An international law firm is seeking a Corporate partner to join its Luxembourg office. The role is focused on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, advising domestic and international clients on high-value corporate matters.

The successful candidate will take a leading role in building and developing the corporate practice in Luxembourg, working alongside a collaborative cross-border team and leveraging the firm's global platform. This is an opportunity to lead significant transactions and contribute to the strategic growth of the practice.

Luxembourg is a key European hub for corporate and private equity work, and the firm is looking for a partner with strong technical skills, a genuine business development mindset, and the ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Experience leading cross-border M&A and private equity transactions.
• Admission to practice in Luxembourg or another EU jurisdiction.
• Strong academics and a proven track record of client development.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
