Partner, Corporate (M&A & Private Equity) — Luxembourg

Senior partner role to lead and grow a corporate practice focused on mergers & acquisitions and private equity in Luxembourg. The role involves originating mandates, advising clients across cross-border transactions, and developing a local team.

You'll join an established international law firm platform with deep transactional capability in private equity and corporate work. The position offers responsibility for client development, deal execution and practice leadership within the Luxembourg office.

• Proven partner-level track record in M&A and private equity transactions.
• Admission to practise in Luxembourg or eligibility to transfer; experience advising on cross-border transactions.
• Strong client origination and relationship management skills; experience leading deal teams.
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
