Partner, Corporate (M&A & Private Equity) — Paris

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a corporate practice in Paris, with a focus on M&A and private equity. The role will involve leading cross-border transactions, originating new mandates and managing client relationships across Europe.

The incoming partner will build and mentor a small team of corporate lawyers, collaborate with other international offices on complex deals, and contribute to practice development and business generation activities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in M&A and private equity transactions, including cross-border matters
• Established client relationships in France and experience originating work
• Ability to lead deal teams and contribute to business development
