Partner — Corporate / M&A — Riyadh

Senior corporate partner opportunity based in Riyadh for an experienced M&A/private equity lawyer to lead and grow a market-facing practice. The role involves advising strategic and financial sponsors across acquisitions, disposals, capital markets and venture transactions in Saudi Arabia.

You'll take ownership of client relationships, originate mandates and build a local team while working with cross-border colleagues on complex, high-value matters in a regulated environment.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in M&A, private equity and capital markets
• Proven track record of originating and closing complex cross-border transactions
• Ability to lead and develop a team; strong business development and client-management skills
