An established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and help grow its corporate practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a senior strategic hire for a lawyer with an existing practice and the ambition to build further in one of the region's most active deal markets.

The role spans the full range of corporate transactional work, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, and venture capital. The successful candidate will lead and oversee complex cross-border and domestic transactions, advise major corporate and financial sponsor clients, and work closely with colleagues across the firm's international network.

The position offers a genuine platform for practice development, including responsibility for client relationships, business generation, and the mentoring of junior lawyers within the team. It is suited to a partner-level practitioner ready to make a significant contribution to a growing regional offering.

• Admitted to practice with substantial post-qualification experience in corporate transactional law
• Demonstrated expertise in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, and/or venture capital
• Existing partner-level or equivalent standing within a reputable corporate practice
• Strong academic credentials and a proven ability to lead complex cross-border transactions
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills advantageous
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
