Partner, Corporate & M&A — San Diego

Seeking a senior partner to lead and grow a busy Corporate & M&A practice from the San Diego office. The role will focus on private equity and strategic M&A, capital markets and transactional work for technology, life‑sciences, energy and financial‑services clients, with opportunities to collaborate closely with litigation and IP teams.

The successful candidate will be expected to originate and deepen client relationships, lead cross‑border and sector‑focused transactions, and help expand a high‑growth regional presence. The role offers a platform to build a market‑facing team and work with national and international colleagues on complex deals.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Established track record of leading PE and strategic M&A transactions and/or issuer-side capital markets matters
• Sector experience in technology, life sciences, energy or financial services
• Proven ability to originate work, manage client relationships and mentor senior associates
