The successful candidate will take a senior external-facing role, leading deals, developing business and mentoring junior lawyers within a busy, collaborative practice.
- Established track record in M&A and complex corporate transactions
- Proven business development and client relationship skills
- Ability to lead deal teams and mentor associates
- Bar admission in California or eligibility to become admitted
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
