Partner, Corporate (M&A/Transactional) — Riyadh

We are running a confidential partner search. The mandate is reviewed on a rolling basis with the client, and what follows is the current brief.

Senior corporate partner role to lead and grow a transactional practice in Riyadh. The role focuses on mergers & acquisitions and general corporate work for regional and international clients across the Kingdom.

The successful candidate will join a full-service international firm’s local office, build client relationships and drive business development in the Saudi market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in M&A and corporate transactions in the region
• Experienced in leading deal teams and managing client relationships
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills advantageous
