Partner, Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions — Chicago

Senior corporate partner role in the Chicago office of a major national firm, focused on M&A, transactional work and corporate governance. The role will lead complex buy- and sell-side matters, advise boards and senior management, and manage cross-border and domestic transactions.

Seeking a rainmaker who will expand client relationships and mentor a growing team. The position offers autonomy to shape the practice, collaborate with complementary practice groups, and contribute to firm leadership and business development initiatives.

• Proven partner-level experience handling significant M&A and transactional matters
• Track record of originating and executing complex corporate deals and advising boards on governance matters
• Strong client relationships and demonstrable business development skills
• Admission to the relevant state bar (or ability to obtain)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
