Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Chicago corporate team, focusing on M&A and corporate governance matters. The role will combine client development, deal execution, and leadership within a busy corporate practice.

Ideal candidates will have a strong track record advising private and strategic clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and board-level governance issues, and will work collaboratively with transactional and industry teams across the firm.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Established M&A and corporate governance experience at partner level
• Proven client development and originations skills
• Admission to practice in Illinois (or willingness to obtain) and ability to work from the Chicago office
