An established national law firm is seeking a Corporate & Private Equity Partner to join its growing corporate practice. The role is open across multiple offices and offers a platform for a partner to lead and expand a sophisticated transactional practice.

The practice focuses on private equity and mergers and acquisitions, advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and strategic buyers and sellers across a broad range of industries. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated experience in the full lifecycle of private equity and M&A transactions, including deal structuring, negotiation, and closing.
