Partner, Corporate — Riyadh

Leading international law firm seeker for a senior corporate partner to join its Riyadh office. The role will focus on delivering high-value corporate advisory work, including cross-border M&A and corporate governance matters for regional and international clients.

The partner will lead client relationships, originate new mandates and work closely with deal teams across the firm's regional network. This is an opportunity to shape a growing corporate practice in Saudi Arabia and advise on strategic transactions and governance projects.

• Established track record in M&A and corporate governance, with significant client origination experience
• Licensed to practise in relevant jurisdiction or ability to qualify locally; substantial regional experience preferred
