Partner, Corporate (Riyadh)

Senior corporate partner role in Riyadh leading a broad transactional practice across M&A, corporate governance and general corporate matters. The role will advise regional and international corporates on strategic transactions and governance issues in the Saudi market.

The partner will lead and grow a team, develop client relationships across the region and work closely with cross‑border colleagues to execute complex, multi‑jurisdictional mandates. Excellent business development skills and local market knowledge are essential.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner‑level corporate/M&A experience in the Saudi market or the wider region
• Proven track record of originating and winning mandates and managing client relationships
• Qualified to practice in a recognised jurisdiction; Arabic and English language skills desirable
