Partner, Corporate — Riyadh

Leading international law firm seeks an experienced corporate partner to join its Riyadh office. The role focuses on cross-border and domestic M&A, corporate governance and transactional work for corporate clients across the region.

The successful candidate will lead transactions, manage client relationships, and develop business in the Riyadh market while collaborating with regional and international teams. This is a hands-on role combining fee-earning responsibility with practice development.
