Partner, Corporate — San Francisco

Seeking a partner to join a busy corporate practice in the firm's San Francisco office. The role focuses on M&A, transactional work and corporate governance for a range of US-based and cross-border clients.

The successful candidate will help lead client engagements, develop business, and mentor junior lawyers within an established corporate team. This is a front‑office partner role with significant client-facing responsibility.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in M&A and transactional matters
• History of client origination and business development
• Experience supervising associates and leading deal teams; excellent communication skills
• Active bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction
