This is a partner-level opening for a rainmaker who will take on client origination, cross-practice collaboration and business development responsibilities while mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to practice strategy.
- Proven partner-level track record in corporate and securities work
- Strong client-development and relationship-management skills
- Admission to practice in Canada (or eligibility)
