Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Francisco corporate and securities team. The role will focus on advising on M&A and public and private securities transactions across a range of industry sectors.

The successful candidate will help build and lead deal teams, develop client relationships, and contribute to business development and practice growth in the West Coast market.
