• Established partner-level experience in Mergers & Acquisitions with a record of leading complex transactions
• Strong market recognition and demonstrable business development ability
• Proven experience managing and mentoring deal teams on cross-border matters
• Admitted or able to practise in France (or equivalent EU qualifications)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
