Partner — Corporate, Technology & Capital Markets (Dallas)

Leading global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas corporate practice to lead and grow work across M&A, capital markets, emerging growth and technology transactions. The role will work closely with cross-practice teams including intellectual property and finance to service clients in technology, life sciences, financial services and energy.

The successful candidate will have an established book of business, experience handling complex issuer-side and private equity transactions, and the ability to develop market-facing relationships in the region. This is a senior leadership role with significant opportunity to shape practice strategy and drive new client engagement.
