Senior partner hire to lead and grow an established corporate practice from the Washington, D.C. office, with a strong focus on M&A, capital markets and technology-related matters. The role will work across transactional and IP-adjacent workstreams, including technology transactions and deal-related IP diligence.

The position seeks a strategic rainmaker who can originate and manage complex cross-border and domestic corporate mandates, collaborate with specialist teams (IP, finance, life sciences and energy sectors) and support business development for emerging growth and issuer-side capital markets work.

Track record leading M&A and capital markets transactions, including experience with technology and life sciences clients
Established client relationships and demonstrable origination record
Ability to manage and mentor teams and collaborate with litigation/IP and finance specialists
