The position seeks a strategic rainmaker who can originate and manage complex cross-border and domestic corporate mandates, collaborate with specialist teams (IP, finance, life sciences and energy sectors) and support business development for emerging growth and issuer-side capital markets work.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Track record leading M&A and capital markets transactions, including experience with technology and life sciences clients
- Established client relationships and demonstrable origination record
- Ability to manage and mentor teams and collaborate with litigation/IP and finance specialists
