Partner, Corporate — Zurich

Senior transactional partner opportunity in Zurich to lead and grow a busy corporate/M&A practice. The role focuses on cross-border and domestic transactions, corporate governance advice and general corporate work for a diverse client base.

The successful candidate will split time between client delivery and business development, mentoring a small team and working closely with other practice groups on complex transactional matters. The hiring team is open to a mix of opportunistic origination and brought-in business.

• Proven corporate and M&A track record at partner level, with experience leading transactions and advising on corporate governance
• Demonstrable ability to originate and develop client relationships
• Strong leadership and team management experience in a transactional practice
• Admission to practice in Switzerland or equivalent qualification appropriate for Zurich practice
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
