Leading US-headquartered, transatlantic private credit platform is seeking a senior partner to lead and expand its cross-border private credit and fund finance capabilities from London. The role sits in an integrated US/UK group that executes a high volume of private credit work and is seeking a London-based rainmaker to spearhead fund finance growth following a recent gap in the bench.

This is a practice-led leadership opportunity with strong firm commitment to investment, flexible fee/pricing arrangements, and significant resources across corporate, structured finance and fund formation teams. The successful candidate will have scope to shape strategy, lead client origination, and manage complex cross-border transactions.

Established partner-level track record in private credit and fund finance transactions
Demonstrable cross-border experience (UK–US) and client origination skills
Proven leadership ability to build and run a practice and mentor senior teams
