Partner, Disputes (Civil) - Dubai

Senior civil-qualified disputes partner role based in Dubai with a focus on cross-border litigation, arbitration and restructuring/insolvency work touching UAE courts. The team advises regional corporates and creditors on contentious insolvency matters and related commercial disputes.

The role suits a candidate already active in the Middle East region who can lead mandates, develop client relationships and work closely with restructuring specialists across the region. The appointment will be client-facing and involve both advisory and contested court proceedings.

• Egyptian-qualified or qualified in a similar civil-law jurisdiction (civil-qualified)
• Proven experience in arbitration and contentious restructuring/insolvency matters
• Established practice in the Middle East region with experience handling matters that engage local UAE courts
• Strong track record of business development and team leadership
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
